Where a paid live session is canceled or cannot be delivered, we will provide a reasonable replacement or other appropriate remedy.
Recorded lectures may be delivered using YouTube or another supported video service. Their availability is also subject to the terms and technical limitations of those providers.
## 7. Quizzes, Tests, and Results
Quizzes and practice tests are intended to support learning and preparation.
Scores, rankings, explanations, and progress reports may be generated using automated systems.
Although we take reasonable care in preparing educational materials, occasional errors may occur.
Students may report suspected mistakes in questions, answer keys, or results.
We may correct errors and adjust affected scores where reasonably necessary.
Unless explicitly stated, our courses do not provide a government-recognized qualification, guaranteed examination admission, or official academic certification.
